A long-term partnership with trust at its core

This client has been with me since 2009. Over the years, we’ve created three websites for this business and two for a related venture. They trust me completely and allow me to take full control of the process, from strategy to delivery, ensuring every decision is guided and the final result is cohesive, modern, and effective.

For the latest iteration, I refreshed and modernised the written content, drafting the first stage myself to make it easier for the client while updating tone and structure to reflect the business today. With Squarespace’s major platform upgrade, I moved the site onto the latest model and enhanced it with Squarekicker, improving design, functionality, and usability. Sticky sections were added to content-heavy pages to keep key information visible as users scroll. I also sourced and curated imagery and video content to strengthen the visual presentation and maintain brand consistency.

The site now balances marketing and operational functionality, clearly communicating a wide range of services while supporting day-to-day business needs, including downloadable client forms, post-surgery information for pet owners, and other practical resources.

The result is a modern, functional, and visually elevated website that reflects the business today and sets it up for growth in the years to come.
