A strategic partnership spanning over 14 years.
Over the past 14 years, we've delivered four completely new websites, with each project beginning by re-evaluating how the business had evolved and what the next website needed to achieve.
We dug deep into their business and restructured their content. I then rewrote the first proof of every page using their existing website as the foundation, transforming it into customer-focused copy while still communicating the technical expertise behind their work. Presenting the content within the new design allowed the client to review and refine their messaging in context, making the process far less overwhelming than having to write all of the content themselves.
With the content taking shape, we refreshed the brand with updated colours, typography and layouts, making full use of SquareKicker, the premium extension I use on all new website builds, to elevate the design with more advanced layouts, interactions and a more polished user experience across desktop and mobile.
We also curated and organised their extensive image library, incorporated technical drawings to showcase their design process and technical capabilities, refined the enquiry forms to capture better quality leads, and cross-referenced their complementary flooring business to create a more connected customer journey.
Throughout the project, regular check-ins and a guided process ensured the client always knew what came next, making the experience collaborative, straightforward and enjoyable.
